Over a span of 50 years with Cintas, he was promoted to positions of general manager, vice president and treasurer, executive vice president, president, and CEO, then served as Vice Chair and Board Chair until retiring in 2016. Silke Glaab (https://www.linkedin.com/in/silkeglaab/) is a Performance and Well-being Adviser and Executive Coach. In the last 10 years she has coached and trained high-performing executives and entrepreneurs around the globe to resolve the mysterious mental challenges of burnout, motivation, and resilience. She works with leaders who need support in a business or role transition, an energy boost, a revitalisation of energies or a new outlook on life and work. Her unique BrainBoss Method crystallizes 5 core elements of human potential: neuronal, mental, emotional, social and spiritual agility. She trains practical skills and unpacks and fine tunes mental models to produce the outcome you want. First, by dismantling outdated patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour to move you forward with ease and grace. Then by building up a complete new relationship with yourself, others, work, life and success.
