In this HCI Podcast episode, Dr. Jonathan H. Westover (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathanhwestover/) talks with Luke Switkowski and Mark Grignon about significant changes and key trends in HR operations and in the Workday industry. See the video here: https://youtu.be/bkwPhjuxQ-g.
As one of the founders of Kognitiv, Luke Switkowski (https://www.linkedin.com/in/luke-switkowski/) lives and breathes Workday. Starting Kognitiv gave Switkowski the space to find and implement a consulting model that made sense logistically and validated his theories on its structure while fostering a work culture fueled on collective team successes and never-ending support for one another.
Mark Grignon (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-grignon-59a504b/) oversees the firm’s fleet of consultants and manages all sales and business development. Prior to launching Kognitiv in 2016, Grignon spent five years managing the Workday post-production support department at Meteorix (acquired by IBM). Grignon has nearly a decade of experience providing Workday support to Fortune 500 companies, and specializes in advanced compensation and security. He holds a BA in entrepreneurship from Suffolk University and grew up in Detroit.
